2009年回顧：[專題]2009年海盜系列！？

三個多月後就是2010年，在新年度裡的海盜系列又將會如何發展呢？

Class-Pirates.com的樂高大使Tom Jacobs (Bonaparte)，在2009年8月於論壇上對海盜同好們展開了意見調查活動，請求同好們對未來海盜系列的發展提出建議。如今海盜眾的努力有了最初步的結果，Classic-Pirates.com與Tom Jacobs發表了完整的意見調查報告：

The Future of LEGO Pirates - Based on a Classic-Pirates.com fan survey (連結為pdf文件檔案)

自2009年8月4日至28日，有220位會員提供了他們心中的想法與建議，在大使Tom Jacobs統整後，最主要的五項建議簡述如下：
1. 類似10193的大型沿海城鎮
2. 比6243還要大艘的海軍船艦
3. 類似10182的平民建築物
4. 藍衫官兵回來吧！
5. 強大的新勢力！類似荷屬東印度或威尼斯的海商貿易集團

趁著今天有空，把之前當海盜時的發言補上中文對照。

覺得10210皇家旗艦不夠大，想要擴充其長度規模的同好，目前還有另一個選擇：

7048 Troll Warship (零件表連結)
她的船殼零件也是深棕色，而且船殼中板零件(Dark Brown Boat Hull Large Middle 8 x 16 x 2 1/3)也有4片！
其餘紅棕色與深棕色零件也不無小補。

各位海盜眾好久不見，在下忙於工作，好一陣子沒有浮上來換口氣。
今天，在漫長等待2010年海盜到來的航程中，且讓我講述一段在今年(2009)4月得知的故事，而且即將在2010年實現！且聽我娓娓道來。

故事起於2009年的4月15日，一位Classic-Pirates.com的論壇會員martinsuper寫信去跟樂高公司詢問樂高海盜系列產品的問題
(Classic-Pirate.com論壇原始討論串：My letter to LEGO about Pirates, Make your own too!)，樂高公司很快回信，內容請見Classic-Pirates.com論壇原始討論串：You will not believe what LEGO said to me!, You must read this!。因此，martinsuper很快地去信表達了他對樂高公司制式回覆的不滿。

然而這不是故事的重點，martinsuper在回信裡更進一步問了這兩個問題：

"Lego enthusiasts have wanted and yearned for a big imperial flag ship since pirate lego came out. Why is it so hard for you to just give us what we want? Just once?

Furthermore, what about 32X32 blue baseplates? Builders need this simple part very badly. It is a part you have already made! What would the problem be in making these again? This has nothing to do with design, but you responded to my message with a generic e-mail instead of answering it point by point."

第一個問題在半年之後有了答案，就是10210 Imperial Flagship。

至於第二個問題，很神奇的當時樂高給了這樣的回覆：
Classic-Pirates.com論壇原始討論串：My neverending LEGO saga!, This time, I actually have good news!

我節錄最重要的一段話：
"Concerning your desire to see 32x32 blue baseplate on Pick a Brick, just a couple of weeks ago we added 595 new elements. As you know, currently we are only selling the green baseplate in that size. I have again documented your request to see that baseplate as a purchased items. You never know, maybe it will be part of the next upgrade to the brick palette on Pick a Brick."

簡而言之，32 x 32藍色底板可能將在S@H的PAB販售！

然而截至目前為止，S@H的PAB仍未販售底板(Baseplate)，更遑論藍色底板了。難道樂高公司當時只是唬弄顧客嗎？

不，樂高公司的答案其實是這個：

620: Blue Building Plate 32 x 32


歷史上第三個編號為620的樂高盒組，是32 x 32藍色底板！

2010年，樂高即將給予我們一艘皇家旗艦，還有一整片的蔚藍大海！

補充說明一下，在620: Blue Building Plate 32 x 32之前，樂高已推出三款32 x 32藍色底板產品，分別為：

819 Blue Sea Plate (1991)：


627 Baseplate, Blue (1996)：


9286 Large Lego Baseplates (1998)：


819、627、620這三款藍色底板的包裝圖都以海洋為主題。
