在美國官網下訂單 但是被取消訂單 求解

各位先進大家好
我在2016/01/01 美國官網下訂單
麻煩在美國家人接收 再寄回台灣  
但是下訂完 收到了一封email 內文如下
Hello,

Thank you for ordering from the LEGO® Shop.

Unfortunately, your order was cancelled because it could not be processed with the payment information provided.

The billing information provided in your order did not match the address on file with your financial institution. Please contact the customer service number on the back of your card to verify your billing details.

Once you’ve done that, replace your order through LEGO Shop again.

我有致電到信用卡公司詢問 公司說我有刷卡紀錄 要等美國向他們請款 他們才會轉帳 過程聽不太懂
但是官網又寄一封email感謝我下訂單的清冊
我連結進去 訂單是取消的 消費的金額都是0
要致電美國官網 英文聽力跟溝通都是問題啊
請問我該如何處理

刷卡帳單地址與信用卡帳單地址不符

請你住在美國的家人用他的卡買，你再匯給他，國外防盜的措施比較嚴謹，因為怕盜刷，所以你的卡的地址(辦卡時填的地址)要跟收件地址一樣才給刷。另外這也是努力學英文的動力

就是這句話讓我搞不太懂
信用卡帳單 跟 刷卡帳單 不就是一樣的嗎
我之前也是有用這張卡 去下訂單 大概去年六月 有成功寄到親友家
但是這次就不行了 腦袋有點卡卡的

Billing address 是伸辦卡時的住址
Lego.com 是拿你填入的資料去取得信用卡公司的受權
信用卡公司也會 對應資料以防止盜用（海外為什）

所以其中一樣不一致
Lego 取消交易 也不會冒險
Shipping address 也要是residential address
Lego 才會寄出

Billing address 不一定要跟shipping address 一樣
因為可以買東西送禮

可以用自己的卡（任何地方的）
買美國或其他地方Lego.com的Lego
但要有收件人的資料
電話 住家地址等

馬上就去做修改
但是 我修改以下內容
bill to: 我的信用卡相關資訊
ship to :美國親戚的相關資訊

結果修改後 我查看訂單所呈現的資訊 bill to: 還有 ship to : 都是我信用卡的資訊
當然訂單狀態還是取消的狀態
難道 這個訂單要放棄嗎？

我很怕我重新下一樣的訂單 我的信用卡公司 會有我兩筆帳單 真的不敢嘗試

剛剛下單一些sales item
完全沒有問題

在check out 時注意 shopping bag
1) shipping -shipping address 美國地址 電話
2) payment -billing address 自己名字 辦卡地址 電話
3) order review - check "I agree"
Place order
