Yes, your Fisto example is an alien that uses minifig parts and passes that rule, but he's also a Jedi and so fails a different rule. An entry needs to pass all rules
2. Figure must be related to current contest, ie, a customized participant in the Clone Wars (no Jedi or Sith). This means any humanoid shaped droid, alien, human, or clone trooper. As everyone knows a combatant isn't fully equipped for combat without a weapon, so make sure your entry is holding its', his, or her weapon.
For your question about brick-built-- looking at your image it's fairly obvious that most of the droid, about 95% of it, is made from non-minifig bricks: two skeleton legs compared to a few dozen other brick pieces isn't "keeping bricks and plates to a minimum." In this particular case I don't think it's difficult to draw the line at all. The intent of the rule is straightforward. If you have to worry that your fig might be too brickbuilt, it probably is.
M-19
What are you talking about?
Why you said "my Fisto example" would fail in other rule(s)?
Are you representing the contest authority?
You should not comment on what I did.
You are a candidate like me in this contest.
You have no authority to say my stuff is "Brick-built" or not.
Don't make comments (good or bad) in the entry thread, you will be disqualified and/or banned from posting for a set period. "
